What to Expect?

30-60 minutes private mini coaching session

The session will focus on one obstacle and through talk and wellness tools the client will acknowledge malfunction in thinking and shift their situation for a successful outcome.

M’rald’s journey began with the introduction into healing herself by way of Louise Hay's “Heal Thyself” book. This book opened up a plethora of experiences that would span over the next ten years of her life. Through her healing, she became passionate and compelled to help others heal as well.  While studying under the well renowned Queen Afua, author of ‘Sacred Woman’, this led to her becoming a Sacred Woman practitioner.  This was when she learned how/why detoxing and energy healing was imperative to one’s life.

She practiced with the Sacred Woman organization for three years with providing one to one mentorship, sister circles, and elemental readings in the Chicago area.  She studied many modalities to heal herself  such as:  Kemetic yoga, detoxing practices, and Shamanic energy practices. M’rald believes that we all have a power within us that needs to be awakened and this is one aspect of healing that she is very passionate about.  She has a broad outlook when she thinks of healing and this is what attracted her to the holistic lifestyle and also why she absolutely loves doing healing work and having a positive impact on all beings.

  • Through attentive listening, we help individuals explore their emotions and identify underlying issues contributing to their obstacles.

Guided Reflection

  • I guide individuals through a process of reflection to gain insights into their challenges and potential solutions.

  • Using empathetic questioning and reflective techniques, I encourage self-discovery and personal growth.

Counseling and Support

  • Based on the individual's needs and preferences, I offer counseling sessions tailored to address specific concerns such as anxiety, stress, decision-making, or seeking wisdom.

  • I provide emotional support, practical advice, and coping strategies to help individuals overcome obstacles and build resilience.

Skills Development

  • I offer practical tools and techniques to develop coping skills, improve emotional regulation, and enhance problem-solving abilities.

  • Through personalized guidance and resources, I help empower individuals to develop self-awareness and confidence in managing life's challenges.

Goal Setting and Accountability

  • Together with the individual, I set realistic goals and action plans to address their obstacles and achieve desired outcomes.

  • I also provide ongoing support and accountability to help individuals stay motivated and track their progress towards overcoming obstacles.

Follow-Up and Continued Support

  • The service includes follow-up sessions to check in on the individual's progress, address any new challenges, and refine strategies as needed.
